Who am I?

Hannah lives in Hull and is a highly qualified pianist who graduated at Hull University with a background of classical music.

She teaches one to one sessions and is highly committed in getting students to achieve their goals.

Hannah is able to teach across all educational abilities including Special Educational Needs (SEN) and is proficient at using British Sign Language.

If the student has no music preferences, Hannah can introduce them to a range of genres including blues, Jazz and popular styles.

The foundations will always be to develop a sound technique which can be adapted and will enable the student to take their playing to a high level.

Hannah is a very patient, caring and flexible teacher and can cater for all needs. My son loves his lessons, would highly recommend.

She has taught a wide range of students aged from 5 to 80 years.

Hannah has been playing professionally for choirs for a number of years. She is an accomplished sight reader and is able to play a wide range of styles.

She has performed at events such as Cottingham Music Festival, Trinity Market Music Sessions and in various settings over the years.

I am so glad that my two children aged 6 and 11 are learning the piano under the tutorship of Hannah. Hannah has a lovely way of interacting and building a rapport with my son and daughter. My son has been learning the piano a while now and he enjoys improvising and teaching himself tunes/melodies in addition to learning the pieces in his piano book. My daughter was really very young - 4 years of age when she wanted a lesson after her brother and Hannah was able to adapt her teaching for Amy who is making steady progress.
